  Staff was unfriendly and uncourteous, from the security guy at the door to the rep who i dealt with to hand in my documents. they don't take credit cards and don't have change when you pay cash. really bad experience and very old office building, doesn't reflect well to represent the Spanish embassy. they say visa takes 2 weeks but thats untrue, although that might not be their fault to be fair.

  With BLS, I feel like I am under safe custody. All my documents were taken care of so professionally that I find the company is a real value for money.
