  Old hotel. Breakfast was mandatory with little choice. No shop near to the hotel to buy general stuff. The staff took money from me to bring water from shop but actually gave me water from room service quota...

  Horrível!!! As paredes do quarto tinham manchas de sujidade e a pintura estava levantada devido à humidade. A casa de banho e o quarto em geral tinham um aspeto descuidado e pouco limpo. Cheguei tarde e tinham me dito que me seria entregue uma refeição, mas tive que telefonar a pedi-la. Nem uma garrafa de água havia no quarto! Pedi serviço de despertar e esqueceram -se. O pequeno almoço era muito fraco. Já fiquei em hostels com qualidade muito superior a este hotel que, supostamente, é de 3 estrelas. Havia uma má vontade da parte do staff que não compreendi. Só a rececionista da manhã, que era uma senhora, é que era simpática. As fotografias apresentadas na internet são bem enganadoras. Evitem!

  Good middle of the run hotel but offers a descent heated pool and Sauna as well as a Gym at reasonable membership prices. Needs to improve cleanliness and customer service. Location is on a very busy road that is hard to reach by foot and quite dangerous to cross the road.

  The hotel has a glittering facade, rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were traveling in a group. Maybe that's why we were given a very dinghy dining room. The hotel, especially, the dining room was rather noisy, more due to the stewards, who talked loudly and dropped cutlery frequently. The stewards should be trained in communication and soft skills, as most of us found them rather rude. By the way, just check out the toilets, since our flush wasn't very efficient.

  This is a wonderful place. Staff are attentive and helpful, the pools are amazing, and the beaches (especially the one furthest from the hotel) are wonderful. I travel regularly and have been to many similar resorts, and this is among the best in terms of quality/price balance. Strongly recommended!
