::Rude staff and not open 24 hours. This location advertises itself as open 24 hours — it is not. We had a car reserved for 8:00 am and when we arrived at 7:45 am, no one was there. We had to call three different numbers until someone answered and then we waited outside in the cold for thirty minutes until someone arrived. When the employee arrived, he was rude, yelling at us, and insisting it was our fault for arriving early. At no point did he apologize. Save your time and money — rent from Anera which is right next door. They were much friendlier to us
